We recommend arriving about 20–30 minutes before the ceremony so everyone has time to find a seat before it begins.
Our guest list has been thoughtfully planned to include our closest friends and family. If you plan to bring a date, we kindly ask that we have the opportunity to meet them beforehand and that they are included when you RSVP.
We love celebrating with your families! However, to ensure our ceremony remains a quiet and meaningful moment where everyone can hear our vows, we kindly ask that young children who may become restless not attend the ceremony. Children are more than welcome to join us afterward at the reception to celebrate!
While we aren’t blocking any hotels, we do have a few recommendations for your convenience. If you’d like to stay close to the venue, we suggest the Holiday Inn in Brownfield. For those who don’t mind a short drive, Lubbock offers several comfortable and affordable options, including hotels and charming Airbnbs.
Yes! There will be plenty of parking available at the venue. Since it’s a bit out in the country, about 30 minutes from Lubbock, we recommend planning ahead if you’ll be drinking and making sure to practice safe driving.
