The RSVP deadline for our wedding has passed. We are so excited to celebrate with everyone joining us in July, and we look forward to celebrating with those who couldn't make it at another time. Please note that we have already provided our final guest count to vendors and have begun finalizing the seating chart. At this stage, changes are extremely difficult to accommodate. If an unexpected emergency requires you to change your RSVP, please contact the couple and/or either of their parents directly as soon as possible.
Our dress code for both the ceremony and reception is Garden Party Formal. For ladies this means: elegant tea to floor length dresses in diverse fabrics, colors, textures, and patterns that have a floral or whimsical themes. The ceremony is both indoor and outdoor with grassy areas, so we recommend block or wedge heels for footwear. For men, lightweight suits or dress slacks with a blazer and button-down in soft summer tones. As much as we love your kids and understand the desire to bring them to celebrate, this wedding is only for adults included on your invitation.
Although Boulder has plenty to offer within walking distance of our recommended hotels, a rental car would give you the most convenient way to experience all that Colorado has to offer.
We will be offering a shuttle from the Hilton Embassy Suites at 3:15PM that can take up to 40 people to the venue. The same shuttle will be taking guests back to the Embassy suites at approximately 9:00PM and 10:00PM. For those not using our shuttle, whether you are Ubering, Lyfting, or driving yourself we highly recommend carpooling if possible. There are 70 guest parking spots on-site with parking attendants. For those using Uber or Lyft, we recommend reserving your pick-up time for arriving to and from the venue beforehand. Guests are allowed to leave their cars at the venue overnight, however, you must pick-up your vehicle before 10:00AM Saturday morning.
