Question
When should I/We RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly ask that you respond by August 1st. After that date, we will assume can not make it and our final guest count will be sent to our vendors.
Question
Am I able to bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to venue capacity, we aren't able to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your card. We thank you for understanding and wish we could accommodate everyone.
Question
What if I/We are running late for the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony starts at 3:00pm. We kindly ask all guests to arrive atleast 15-30 minutes prior so there is time to mingle and find a seat.

Is it a cash bar?
Answer
We will be having a $2 Toonie Bar! There is no ATM on site, so please bring cash accordingly. Debit and Credit will be available to use as well.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We just ask that all guests dress in formal attire. Avoiding the colours White, Ivory, Beige and also Pale Pinks and Pale Yellows. Who doesn't love getting dressed up once in awhile? 😊😍

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Although we love all of your little ones, to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the evening we kindly request an adults-only celebration. We will, however, be including a few of our younger family members in the day. The evening will transition to adults only (16+) at 9:00 pm. Thank you for understanding!

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony is outside weather permitting in a grassy area. Following an indoor dinner/reception. Please dress accordingly.

Is there a shuttle /taxi service?
Answer
There will be a complimentary shuttle that goes to Real Canadian Superstore in Sarnia at 9:30pm as well as 11:30pm/12:00am.

Is there parking available?
Answer
Yes there is! Behind the barn you will find a huge parking lot available for our guests. You are welcomed to leave your vehicle overnight, but the venue requires all vehicles to be accounted for and removed by 11:00 am to avoid being towed/fined.

Answer
Everyone's presence at our wedding is a gift. If you would like to gift us something, please consider contributing to our honeymoon fund 🥰

Is there accommodations near the venue?
Answer
Yes there is! Forest Golf Club and Inn is 6.5km from the venue. 102 Main St S, Forest, ON N0N 1J0 1-800-265-0214 There are also plenty of Air BnBs in the area. If you need any help finding accommodations, please reach out to one of use directly.

Is it a smoke friendly venue?
Answer
Yes, you are able to smoke at the venue. We just require the smoke butts to be placed in the butt outs when finished as there will be fines if there is cigarette butts on the ground. We thank you very much for understanding.

How does seating work?
Answer
The ceremony will be open seating other than the first row which we ask to please keep empty for the immediate family. The reception will have assigned tables, but not seats.
