Phantom Canyon Brewing Company
We went here on our second date and then walked to the Olympic Museum. We got to know one another better and started to fall in love!
U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Museum
We went here on our second date and put our racing skills to the test! This museum has a few interactive, competitive elements that make for a fun air-conditioned activity.
Garden of the Gods
A beautiful, free nature walk that shows off some of Colorado's red rocks. See if you can spot any climbers while you're walking around!
Cheyenne Mountain Zoo
This is the coolest zoo in America (in Tatianna's opinion). If you haven't been, get ready to walk around a mountain to get to the different exhibits! Highly recommend good walking shoes and also hand sanitizer because you can feed the giraffes!
Icon Cinema
We love going to the movies and this is our favorite theater. Unlimited refills on popcorn AND slushies?! Yes please!
Loyal Coffee
We went here on our FIRST DATE! We talked and laughed for MANY hours and closed the place down. The staff gave us free pastries and realized they were witnessing the beginning of our love story. John-Mark goes so often, the staff greets him by name -- it's his second office.
Old Colorado City Farmers Market
We love love LOVE going to the farmers market on a Saturday morning. Wake up, get your coffee from Loyal Coffee (there's a downtown location too!), and scoot on over to Old Colorado City to browse the cutest farmers market!
Sushi Ato
As big sushi advocates, we eat at this spot semi-frequently. They fly in their fish every day, so it's super fresh and they make decent sized rolls!
Springs Church
John-Mark's family attends this church and would love to see you there if you're around Sunday morning! Service starts at 10am!
Zeal Church
Tatianna's family attends this church and would love to see you there if you're still around Sunday morning! Service times are 9am and 11am!
John Venezia Community Park
This park is fun for pickleball hangs. With a soccer field, a huge splash pad, and walking paths, it's the perfect family go-to! (psssst! there's a Starbucks across the street!)
Mt Cutler and Muscoco Trailhead
Get in to the Colorado mountains for an easy, visitor-friendly hike! Be sure to bring water and sunscreen and enjoy the Colorado nature scene.
