Syros National Airport / Αεροδρόμιο Σύρου

The airport of Syros is mostly used for National flights from Athens and Thessaloniki. The duration of the flight from the Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport is approximately 30' and from Thessaloniki 60'. During summer there are some scheduled charter flights from well known tour operators around the world (please check TUI, Kuoni, Edelweis etc) Το αεροδρόμιο της Σύρου λειτουργεί ως επί των πλείστων για πτήσεις από και προς Αθήνα / θεσσαλονίκη. Η διάρκεια της πτήσης είναι περίπου 30' από και προς το αεροδρόμιο Ελευθέριος Βενιζέλος της Αθήνας και περίπου 60' από και προς το αεροδρόμιο Μακεδονία της Θεσσαλονίκης. Κατά την διάρκεια του καλοκαιριού εκτελούνται πτήσεις τσάρτερ μέσω γνωστών διεθνών τουριστικών πρακτορείων όπως το TUI, KUONI, Edelweis κτλ.

Ferries / Ακτοπλοία

There are several daily routes with ferries departing either from Piraeus port (biggest port of Greece located 45' from the Airport of Athens - (commuting options either with the metro or with a taxi),or Rafina port (closer to the airport of Athens Eleftherios Venizelos).
