Please note that our wedding ceremony will be held at the Catholic Church of Our Lady Immaculate and Saint Etheldreda. After the ceremony we will make our way to Swynford Manor where the wedding breakfast and evening party will be held. You will have to make your own way between these locations so please plan your journey accordingly. For guests attending the ceremony only, please arrive 20-30 minutes earlier to find your seat and ensure a smooth 1PM start.

Due to capacity limits of our venue, we can only accommodate guests named on the RSVP list. Thank you for your understanding.

Please RSVP by Friday 21st February 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP on or before Friday 21st February it will be automatically marked as “No”. We will miss celebrating with you but we need to provide our suppliers with a final guest count within the time they have given us.

We kindly request that guests avoid wearing white, gold or black. However those wearing suits are welcome to wear black.

We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony. We are so excited to share this special moment with you, and we'd love for your hearts (not your phones!) to be fully present during out ceremony. Please keep the clicks and flashes to our amazing photographer - they've got it covered! We promise to share the pics with you xx

We can't wait to relive our special day through all the beautiful memories captured. We kindly ask that you hold off on sharing any photos from the reception online until we have had the chance to post first. This way we can reveal our favourite moments in our own time. Yes, there is plenty of parking at Swynford Manor.

There are 50 allocated car parking spaces including disabled spaces at the church. There is additional paid parking lot which is approximately a 4 minute walk across from the church. Please see the car park location details below: Guineas Car Park, 8 Fred Archer Way, Newmarket, CB8 8EG.
