Question

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The wedding is taking place at Linwood Retreat Centre, tucked away among old growth trees and rose gardens in Upper Roberts Creek on the Sunshine Coast. The whole wedding and reception will take place outside on the grass, so for ladies, consider this when choosing your footwear :)

Question

What are the dates and schedule?

Answer

The wedding will take place over two days, and we would love to include our family, friends, and wider community in both gatherings. On July 17, we will gather at 4:00 pm for a potluck and concert featuring some beloved musician friends. Bring a dish to share and join us for an evening of music, connection, and celebration. On July 18, we will come together for the wedding ceremony, followed by dinner and dancing. Please plan to arrive one hour early for both events to allow time for parking and settling in.

Question

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Parking is limited at the venue. Out-of-town guests will be given priority, and we encourage local guests to carpool from Roberts Creek. We’ll be organizing these details closer to the date :)

Question

Can I bring a plus one or my children?

Answer

Due to the size and nature of our celebration, we’re not able to accommodate additional plus ones unless previously arranged with us. Children are welcome, just please let us know in advance if you’re planning to bring them so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Question

What is the plan for dinners?

Answer

On July 17, dinner will be a community potluck. Please bring a dish to share, and let’s enjoy a beautiful, abundant meal together. On July 18, dinner will be catered following the ceremony. If you have any dietary restrictions, are vegetarian, or have any other specific needs... please let us know in advance so we can accommodate you and make sure you're well taken care of :)
