When should I RSVP by?

Is this a destination wedding?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding will take place in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. We hope you'll make a weekend out of it and enjoy everything 30A has to offer with us!

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

The closest airport is Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP), about 45–50 minutes away. Another great option is Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS), approximately one hour away.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We recommend staying anywhere along the 30A area, including Santa Rosa Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, Seaside, WaterColor, or Destin Beach. We'll also provide a list of recommended accommodations on our website.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal/Black Tie Optional. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit, and ladies are invited to wear floor-length gowns, midi dresses, or elegant cocktail attire.

Can I bring a guest?

Due to limited seating, only guests listed on your invitation will be able to attend. We appreciate your understanding.

Are children invited?

While we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration unless your child is specifically named on the invitation.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Late May on 30A is typically warm and beautiful, with temperatures in the low to mid-80s during the day and upper 60s to low 70s in the evening. We recommend lightweight formal attire and comfortable shoes for walking.

Will the ceremony be on the beach?

Answer

No. Our ceremony and reception will be held at our venue in Santa Rosa Beach. You'll still have plenty of opportunities to enjoy the beach throughout the weekend!

Is there a wedding registry?

Answer

Yes! We've registered for a selection of household items and also created honeymoon and furniture funds. Your presence is the greatest gift, but if you'd like to bless us with a gift, you can find everything on our Registry page.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep your phones tucked away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us. Once the ceremony concludes, we'd love for you to capture and share all the fun throughout the celebration!

What should I do while I'm in town?

We encourage everyone to make a vacation out of the weekend! Enjoy the beaches, shopping, local restaurants, paddleboarding, biking, and exploring all that 30A has to offer.

Yes! We're planning a fun wedding weekend with opportunities to celebrate together. Additional details will be shared as plans are finalized. Please check the "Schedule" tab for updates.

Is there anything happening after the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We're planning a trip to Crab Island the day after the wedding. Guests are welcome to join us! Charter boat costs will be the responsibility of each guest, and more information will be available on our website.

Can I wear heels?

Answer

Absolutely! Our venue is not on the sand, so heels are perfectly fine. However, if you plan to explore the beach before or after the celebration, you may want to pack a more comfortable pair of shoes.
