What does it mean to be ALL INCLUSIVE?
Answer
ALL INCLUSIVE means: all food (room service, buffet, all restaurants, coffee bars), all bars and drinks, all access to all XCARET theme parks (see our THINGS TO DO page), with minimal exclusions. Exclusions most likely will be any spa services, Chef Gaytan's Restaurante Ha, and Las Cuevas Sunday Brunch THE BEST BRUNCH IN ALL THE LAND and we will definitely be going! . Flights are not included. Bottom line: It's a bit pricey, but it's worth it and you deserve it. We would never ask you to spend your hard earned money to travel to a place far away if we didn't think it was worth every penny!

What if we want to attend the wedding, but don't want to stay at XCARET Arte?
Answer
We've chosen this resort in an effort to provide for our guests the ULTIMATE vacation experience in a safe, clean, and controlled environment. We are convinced that no one does Cancun like XCARET does! The value for what you pay is well worth the expense and we would love nothing more than to have all our loved ones in one place to be able to part take in all there is to offer at this beautiful resort TOGETHER. If you so choose to stay at another resort, bear in mind that there is a $150+ daily resort fee per person that does not include any amenities or food outside of the wedding itself on the wedding day. WHAT IF I DO NOT RSVP ON TIME?

We will miss you at the celebration! Our venue requires us to let them know the exact number of guests by a specific date and we will not be able to add guests after. Please RSVP by November 10, 2024.

What's the Dress code for the wedding?

The dress code is formal attire.

WEDDING TRANSPORTATION
Answer
Transportation will be provided from Hotel Xcaret to the venue and back. Drive should be about 20 minutes. Shuttles will be set up at different times with additional detail to be provided the closer we get to the date

AIR TRANSPORTATION
Answer
The primary airport to fly into is the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Total drive should be approximately 60 minutes from the airport to the hotel A valid passport book is required for travel to Mexico and must remain valid for 6 months after your return flight.
