CUTOFF DATE – July 29th, 2025 $124 plus tax/per night - Double Queen Studio Suite w/ Sofa Bed $134 plus tax/per night - King Studio Suite w/ Sofa Bed CHECK IN TIME Our check-in time 3:00 PM; check-out is 11:00 AM. All guest arriving before 3:00 PM will be accommodated as rooms become available. AMENITIES Complimentary breakfast, an indoor heated pool, on-site guest laundry, gym facility & an outdoor patio. ADDITONAL RESERVATIONS Additional reservations or reservations arriving before or after the contracted group dates can be provided based availability of the hotel. METHOD OF RESERVATIONS *Individual reservations confirmed via credit card and made via booking link sent to Group Organizer by Director of Sales. Guest should not be call front desk for reservations. Guest should use the booking link or they may call the offsite reservations number at 1-800-445-8667 and reference your group name and dates. Questions can be sent to Director of Sales at INDGR_DS@hilton.com METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR ROOMS Individual credit card payments from guests for rooms LATE CHECK OUTS Late checkouts are NOT permitted. Any room checking out past posted checkout time will result in charges as follows: 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. = 1⁄2 of room rate, any checkout after 1:00 p.m. = full room rate. CANCELLATION POLICY All reservations are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. After 48-hours before their arrival or is a no-show will be subject to a cancellation charge for up to one full night’s stay. The card provided at time of reservation will be solely responsible for any late cancellations and/or no-show reservations. The Hilton Garden Inn will not take responsibility for rooms not cancelled or rooms that were charged a no-show fee. INCIDENTALS A $50 hold is required to be authorized on a valid card at the time of arrival. PET POLICY We are a pet friendly hotel! Each non-refundable pet fee is $75 for 1-4 nights and covers up to 2 pets per room, no breed or weight restrictions.
