WHEN DO I RSVP BY?

Please scan and submit your RSVP no later than April 13, 2025.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony, meaning no phones or cameras during the ceremony. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We'd love for our family & friends to get fancy with us for our special day. Dress code is formal - black tie attire: mid to floor-length dress, tuxedo, or suit & tie.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.

ARE CHILDREN WELCOMED?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy this date night out. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

DO WE HAVE A HOTEL BLOCK FOR GUEST?

Answer

Yes. Please visit the "Travel" section. You must book a room directly through the site or call +1 (845) 467-6455 and say you are with the Jenkins & Woodbine Wedding to book your room! All room reservations MUST be booked in the room block to be offered the discounted rates by May 5, 2025.

WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside, we suggest bringing a little shawl or jacket in case it gets chilly. However, the reception will be inside a tent that has AC & heat. You will be able to transition between both spaces.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible through RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
