Back in 2021, we met on Catalyst, a traveling ministry team through Evangel University. Gunnar was the freshman electric guitar with a big smile and even bigger charm, and Tate was the senior vocalist who definitely noticed... We went on a date or two and hung out a little bit in 2022, but the timing wasn’t right. So, we chose to be friends... real friends who stayed close through life’s changes and seasons. Two years later, we found ourselves back in each other’s lives in a new way. In 2024, we decided to try again, and this time everything felt different in the best way. A year later, Gunnar proposed, and now here we are! Our story hasn’t been rushed, but it’s been steady. And through it all, we’ve seen God’s hand in every step, leading, shaping, and preparing us for something lasting. We’re thankful for the waiting, the growth, and the grace that brought us here.
