Do I need a rental car?

Answer

Definitely not! Coconut Grove—where both the hotel and wedding events will take place—is a very walkable neighborhood filled with great shops, restaurants, and waterfront paths. Most guests won’t find a car necessary during their stay. Ubering from either airport to the hotel is totally feasible. Miami International Airport (MIA) will be the quicker and more affordable ride, while rides from Fort Lauderdale (FLL) will cost more but are still easy if you prefer to skip the rental car.

How will I get to the venue from the hotel?

Answer

We’ll be providing a shuttle with continuous loop service between both hotels and the venue. A detailed schedule and pick-up/drop-off information will be shared as soon as it’s available.

Is it warm in Miami in January

Answer

Yes—Miami is typically warm in January! We’d definitely recommend packing a bathing suit for beach and pool days. That said, occasional cold fronts can roll through, so be sure to check the forecast before you travel and pack accordingly.

Any Beach Recommendations near Coconut Grove?

Answer

Yes! Our favorite is Biscayne Beach—it's just a few minutes down the road. If you want to access the state park itself, there’s a small entrance fee, but there are also plenty of beaches along the way where you can pull in and park for a fee.
