We love your children, however, we cannot accommodate guests under age 18 on our wedding day. If "and guest" or your plus-one's name is written on your invitation, you can bring someone!
Semi-Formal Attire: We suggest guests wear a suit in any color or a cocktail dress (or even a nice pant suit).
There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.
The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM sharp, followed by cocktail hour and the reception, which is anticipated to wrap around 10:00 PM.
Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors, while our reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk to the ceremony and will need to step on grass and gravel to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise thin heels are not recommended.
There is plenty of free on-site parking at Cavallo Fields! If you are staying at Springhill Suites, a shuttle service is available to take you to/from the venue. Please look to our "Travel" section on our wedding website for further information regarding Springhill Suites shuttle service.
