If you are coming from NYC, you can take the Metro-North (Hudson Line) from Grand Central to Poughkeepsie.

Flight

Airports to fly into

Best Airports to Fly into is JFK and La Guardia. Please Note - Landing in JFK: If you are planning to come straight to the Hudson Vally, take a yellow cab to Grand Central and the Metro-North train up (Google Map your accommodation and see what the best station to get off is, it may be a station other than Poughkeepsie which is on the same Metro North Line. Landing in La Guardia: If you are planning to come straight to the Hudson Valley, take a yellow cab to Harlem 125th Street station (Closer to La Guardia) and take the Metro-North up. I have provided the link so can check train times etc :) If you decide to stay in NYC for the whole duration of your stay, just google map your direction and see what works best for you :) Please, reach out to us if you need any other info!
