We are very excited to offer our guests a beautifully prepared Italian buffet styled dinner! The entree items on the RSVP are listed below in more detail.

Enjoy a Tuscan Antipasto and Caesar Salad prior to the meal.

All entrees are served with fingerling potatoes.

Water will be served for each guest, but please feel free to purchase an adult beverage at the bar!

ENTREES:

Chicken Marsala: Chicken and Local Wild Mushroom Shallot Garlic Pan Sauce atop Angel Hair Pasta

Marinated Sirloin Beef Tips: Grilled Marinated Steak Tips with Mushroom, Onion, and Pepper Twelve Hour Braise Cabernet Demi

Eggplant Rollatini: Stuffed Eggplant with Roasted Garlic Ricotta Cheese and Tuscan Vegetable Buffalo Mozzarella

For dessert, there will be cannolis and Italian ricotta cookies, or savor a cup of tea or coffee with a homemade biscotti.
