When should I RSVP by?

Can I bring a date, pet, or children?

Answer

We are having a small wedding in a venue with limited capacity, and unfortunately at this time we are unable to add additional guests.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No dress code! Wear whatever you are comfortable in. We suggest flat shoes for standing on the grass and wooden deck. The ceremony will be held outside if the weather permits.

Should I bring a gift?

Answer

Your presence is all the presents we need! We understand people are travelling from out of town to be with us and that is a gift in itself. However, if you still want to send a gift, we prefer cash or gift cards that we can use to furnish and fill our new home. IKEA, Home Depot, and The Bay would all be good choices and have stores in Calgary, but anything would be helpful for our new adventure!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 3pm, our ceremony will begin at 4pm and the reception will be held afterwards.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The neighborhood has plenty of free street parking on nearby streets. We recommend parking along 144 Street just south of 34th Avenue. Look at the map at the top of this FAQ page - the parking is highlighted in red and the venue is marked with a pin.

Can I bring my knitting?

Answer

Of course! Bring your knitting or crochet project if you like.

Can I bring my Nintendo Switch?

Answer

Of course! There will also be other games, including card games, video games and board games if you're interested in playing!
