We met through mutual friends during our first year at Ball State University in the spring of 2016. It wasn't until the weekend of Easter that we got to know each other as most of our friends went home for the holiday, and we were stuck on campus. We became really good friends and started dating shortly after. As the semester ended and neither of us planned on returning to Ball State, we ultimately decided we wanted to be together and began our long-distance relationship. After two years of facetime dates, late-night phone calls, and several road trips, Alden decided to move to Indiana so we could be with each other. In 2018 we moved into our first apartment, which eventually led to us buying and building our first home just a few years later. We got engaged in May of 2021 during an intimate dinner with our parents, Nana, and siblings, all in attendance. It was the easiest "Yes" of my life (T'Asia). It was a very special night (Alden). It was amazing having both of our families together for that. We are incredibly excited about our wedding and everything the future holds after! #IngramPartyof2
