Question

What safety precautions will be in place due to COVID?

Answer

Masks are required upon entering the venue. Face shields are welcome while inside the venue. We will be having a seated dinner (8 guests per table), so dinner plates will be placed for each individual. (The reception tables will be spaced 6ft apart) Hand sanitizer stations will be placed throughout the venue and lines will be marked with stickers that are 6ft apart. Restroom surfaces are wiped down every hour. Bar surfaces are wiped down every half hour.

Question

Am I required to take a COVID test before the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we are requiring all attendees to take a Covid test 3-4 days before the wedding day. You must provide proof of a negative COVID test result prior to entering the venue. This is our personal requirement. We are requiring this to do our best to ensure everyone’s safety and protection, as we do not want to put any of our guests in harm's way. If you are uncomfortable providing a negative COVID test result, please update your RSVP to 'Declined' by March 7th on our site. You are welcome to join us online for the ceremony through our virtual link (coming soon), and we wish you health and safety during this difficult time.

Question

I have received the full COVID-19 vaccination, do I still need to provide a negative COVID test result?

Answer

Yes, all guests who are attending will need to provide proof of a negative COVID test result. Per the CDC a person who is vaccinated against COVID-19 can still be infected with or “carry” the virus that causes COVID-19 while not feeling sick or having symptoms. Experts call this “asymptomatic infection.”

Question

May I send in my negative COVID test result before I arrive?

Answer

Yes, you may send your COVID test result to the designated hostess according to your last name. Please make sure your name and the date of the test is visible. A-H Kennita Diggs- 240-671-7440 I-P Tracey Johnson- 301-440-0690 Q-Z Cherron Diggs- 202-907-1424

Answer

Question

Can I attend the outdoor Ceremony, but not the reception due to COVID concerns?

Answer

Yes, you are more than welcome to attend just the Ceremony. If you wish to join us for cocktail hour, please let us know in advance, as we need an accurate per person count.

Question

Will there be a virtual link to view the ceremony if I am unable to attend in person?

Answer

We would love for all of our cherished family and friends to be able to partake in our day, so we will be providing a virtual Zoom link for our guests at home. We will provide the link on Saturday, March 20th!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We ask that if we have not extended an invitation to you and a plus one that you bring only yourself to celebrate with us at our wedding.

Question
