He Got Down on One Knee & She Said Yes!!!

When we first saw each other was at a mutual friend's house. We caught eyes as I was helping my friend clean up and I went to throw something in the trash. Kaonis made the first move by rubbing his hand against my hand as we both went for the trash. The party continued and as I was leaving he, stopped me and asked for my name and number. He tried to keep me at the party, lol. Now, if you were asking Kaonis his version of how we met and who made the first move. He would swear that I came onto him and grabbed his hand. My friends would tell you that I am not that bold. That same night he sent me a text. The next morning started my good morning text and from there we would talk and text all day every day. What I loved most was my “Good Morning Beautiful”. He was my personal alarm clock and he didn’t know it. We grew to become friends and getting to know each by talking on the phone and through text messages. Kaonis and I both decided to make things official in the middle of 2016. If you ask the love and connection was there from the beginning.

One Saturday night, as I was getting ready for us to attend an Ugly Sweater Christmas party, Kaonis came to my house to pick me up. I was in the middle of still getting dress and he began asking me questions. He asked if I loved him? By the end of all his questions he was down on one knee asking me to marry him.
