The ceremony and reception dinner will take place outside. The dinner lawn is attached to an indoor ballroombclosed off for our celebration

No, this is an adult-only celebration.

Answer

Late October in Phoenix is typically warm and sunny during the day, with cooler evenings. Expect daytime highs around low/mid 80s and evening temperatures low/mid 60s. We recommend light, breathable clothing for the day and bringing a light jacket or wrap for the evening. Rain is uncommon, but please check the forecast closer to the wedding weekend.
