The family suite sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 kids. The price for five nights is $5151.72. If you would like to book the family suite, you can either contact Morrisa Haye at 678-907-2371 or send an email to afiallos@palaceresorts.com with the full names of each guest, room category, check-in and out dates. Please use the following subject line: W SOPE Haye/Orhire 31/05/25 16hrs ‖ 7014469 (ZCJG) in the email.

Can I pay a deposit and make payments towards my stay?

Unfortunately, no. When booking your room, the full amount is due at that time. This is the resort policy for weddings.

Do I have to stay 4-7 nights?

Answer

Nope! You can stay as long as you'd like. The minimum for rooms reserved is 4 nights.

Can I use a different website to book and attend the wedding?

Answer

You can, but be sure to email weddingsandgroups@palaceelite.com.mx to ensure that you are added to the wedding list to attend events. There may be an additional fee. When is the deadline to book the hotel?

There is no deadline, but you do have to pay the entire room total when booking. We recommend you book as soon as possible as this hotel tends to sell out frequently.

What 4 nights do you recommend I book?

Answer

Depending on your preferences, I recommend you book from Wednesday to Sunday (5/28-6/1) if staying for 4 nights.
