Our wedding is Summer Formal Attire. Suits, dress shirts with ties, and other polished formalwear are encouraged. For dresses, floor-length, midi, or elegant cocktail styles are appropriate. Lighter colors and breathable fabrics are absolutely welcome — it is July, after all! Most importantly, come dressed to celebrate!
We kindly ask you to avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride- whites, ivories, and creams.

For our out-of-town guests traveling by air, Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) is the closest major airport to Winchester, Virginia. Dulles International Airport (IAD) is Approximately 50–52 miles from Winchester. About 1 hour driving time, depending on traffic. Once you arrive, guests can rent a car, use a rideshare/taxi service, or arrange transportation to Winchester.
No, however, if you plan to enjoy a few cocktails and prefer not to drive, Uber and Lyft are available in the Winchester area. Please plan ahead and consider scheduling your ride in advance, especially at the end of the evening. Your safety is our priority—please don’t drink and drive!
Yes, there is ample parking available at the venue.
Doors will open at 2:00pm, ceremony will start promptly at 3:00pm. Once the ceremony begins, no entrance will be granted, so we recommend giving yourself enough time to park and be in your seat so you don’t miss the ceremony!
The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be held indoors.
We kindly ask guests to fully be present with us during the ceremony. We are having an “unplugged ceremony” which means no cameras or phones will be allowed out during the ceremony. You are welcome to take plenty of pictures after the Ceremony, especially during the Cocktail Hour and Reception. No pictures during the ceremony ensures zero distractions and allows our camera crew to take great pictures and videos.
Yes. Following the ceremony, guests will enjoy a cocktail hour with drinks and light hors d’oeuvres while we take portraits.

The venue has a rain contingency plan in place. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be relocated to a covered area on-site.

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, your attendance will automatically be marked as “no”. We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with final guest counts within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
