I have only booked one hotel block considering most of you live close and there won't be many that need a hotel. Besides the one that I booked my recommendations are Hampton inn, quality inn, and best western. The cheapest I would go to is a hotel by McDonald's called the super 8. All the others in Siloam Springs you will be very displeased with.
Now, downtown there is a really cute bed and breakfast called crown hotel which is super nice:)

Just tell them the last name and they will have a room blocked off. The price is 100 a night so I wouldn't be mad if you found something cheaper or used a travel site to get it for less. See the description for other suggestions and be careful looking. Siloam Springs only has a few decent hotels and they are listed in the description.
