Question

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Miami Valley Hunt & Polo Club. Weather permitting, we'll have an outdoor ceremony on the lawn. The reception will be inside/on the terrace.

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm, so please plan to be here no later than 4:20pm to find a seat. The Polo Club has plenty of parking on the grounds close to both the ceremony & reception areas.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! No jeans/denim please. Please note that, weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outdoors on grass. We recommend comfortable shoes!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your guest is listed when you RSVP, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

If your invitation is addressed to your family, then yes! Please note this wedding will be adult-beverage friendly, so keep that in mind if/when you bring your little ones.

How do I RSVP and what is the deadline?

Answer

Please let us know if you plan to attend by Saturday, April 12. Click on the RSVP tab above, type your/your family's name, then click will attend.

What if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed, but we understand that life happens! When RSVPS open, please RSVP “Will NOT Attend,” or notify Taryn at (937) 287-5610 or Zach at (937) 620-5696 to let us know.
