Please book rooms through our boom block link or contact our travel agent, Stacey. To help ensure room availability within our wedding group, guests must reserve their room no later than July 14, 2026. A $200 per-person deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Please note this deposit applies only to the resort stay; the airfare deposit amount may increase depending on the selected flight and airline fare rules. Optional travel protection is also available and highly recommended, payment is due at the time of deposit. An additional 30% payment toward the reservation balance is due by September 1, 2026. Final payment is due no later than November 1, 2026. Guests may make payments at any time leading up to the final payment.
Travel Note
To make travel as seamless as possible for your stay at Dreams Playa Mujeres, we’ve partnered with Stacey Wharton at Sioux Empire Travel. Stacey is a full-service travel advisor who will be assisting all guests with their travel arrangements. This includes booking resort stays within our room block, coordinating flights, arranging airport transfers, and answering any questions along the way. While you’ll have access to a convenient booking link for the group, Stacey is also available for personalized assistance if you prefer a more hands-on approach or have specific travel needs. Whether it’s selecting the right room category, finding the best flight options from your home airport, or adding travel insurance, she’s here to help every step of the way. Her goal is to make your travel experience smooth, stress-free, and well-organized so you can focus on celebrating with us.
