What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Garden Formal/Semiformal. We ask that women wear dresses, polished but comfortable, not overly formal. Think florals and end of summer colors! Suits or dress shirts and slacks for men are perfect. The event is indoors but there will be a short outdoor walk on a paved path, so choose footwear that is comfortable for a brief stroll.

Can I bring a plus one or my kids?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate with all of our favorite people- big and small! That said, due to space and planning limits, we're only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If you don't see a plus one or your child's name when you RSVP, that means we're unable to extend an invitation to them. While we are including some children in our celebration, we kindly ask that only children over the age of 4 attend, and only those specifically named on the RSVP. Please note that the reception will include some upbeat music so feel free to plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15-20 minutes before the ceremony starts at 4:30 PM. This gives you plenty of time to find parking, get settled, and be ready when the celebration begins!

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, parking is available on site, and both the ceremony chapel and reception area are on the same property, just a short walk apart.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are plenty of hotel options in Springfield, about 40 minutes from our venue, and a few close to the airport, with a wide range of prices! We recommend checking major booking sites to find accommodations that best fit your preferences and budget.
