We are thrilled to welcome you to the stunning, all‑inclusive Excellence Riviera resort! While arriving two days before the wedding is encouraged, it’s certainly not required. This extra time simply allows for a more relaxed arrival and provides a cushion in case of any flight delays or travel hiccups. All guests will still have plenty of time to arrive by January 20th and be ready to celebrate with us!

This event is cocktail attire. Think bright and fun dresses for the ladies and shorts and a button up for the gentleman.
This event will be for the parents of the bride and groom and the bridal party.
3:00 pm
This event is Formal with a flare. For the ladies: Think elegant dresses in bright, vibrant colors. Shades like pink, yellow, blue, or orange that bring energy and joy to the evening. Ditch the heels! For the gentlemen: A suit or sports coat is perfect, and no tie is required. Keep it sharp yet relaxed, with room to add your own colorful touch if you’d like.

3:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Following the ceremony, we’ll gather for a lively cocktail hour to kick off the celebration. Guests can enjoy an open bar with a variety of drinks and toast to the evening ahead. We’ll also have a selection of light bites. Perfect time for mingling, savoring, and sharing while the sun sets and the festivities begin.
4:30 pm - 9:00 pm
After the ceremony and cocktail hour, the celebration continues with an unforgettable reception! Guests will enjoy live music to set the mood and keep the energy high throughout the evening. A delicious three‑course meal will be served, crafted to delight and bring everyone together around the table. And of course, the open bar will be flowing all night, so you can raise a glass, dance, and savor every moment with us. We can’t wait to share this joyful evening of food, music, and laughter with you!
