When should I RSVP by?

Answer

January 31st, 2025! If you are not RSVP'd by then, you will not be able to enter venue premises. On your invite, there will be a QR code to scan with your phone camera. The code will take you to the RSVP page of the wedding website, there you can rsvp for the family that is included on your invite. Please do not add names or attempt to rsvp for those who are not included in your group.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

Although there are wonderful taxi options, we prefer to drive the entirety so we have our own car for adventuring. It also allows for families to bring more items back than if you were to fly. If you have questions about driving / travel please reach out to Taryn and we can provide assistance! There are reliable taxi services that are more than happy to get you from your resort, hotel or airbnb. Are kids allowed?

Answer

Yes! We would love for your kids to be there. We have added all children to the RSVP's that require them. Please be mindful that if you are not bringing your child, do NOT RSVP for them. Second to that, we want you to enjoy this time! Our venue is overlooking the water and there is a steep drop from the side. Please keep your eye out for children and make sure they are staying with a trusted adult during this time. Our venue has the contact to a nanny service that can provide services during the wedding / reception. Their information is Nanny Service - phone: (664) 151-8708 Package: 2 nanny's for 6 hours of service (kids from 2-15 years) cost $195 dlls **child under 24 months will cost extra, deposit required to hold date.

When should I book my stay?

Answer

Book your stay as soon as you can! We would recommend booking at least 8-10 months in advance. If you need help with booking your stay, please let myself or Billy know and we can help with finding a good location.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be outside. Please wear appropriate shoes that you will find most comfortable (there is a few moments where we will be walking through grass during and after the ceremony).

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Short answer - No. Long answer - We paid for the best photographer to come take photos and videos for us. We will be more than happy to share this when we get them back, but if you have your phone out during the ceremony you will be asked to put it away. Please do not block our photographer from doing his job. :)

Aside from coming to the wedding, there are other fun things to do in the area that can make your stay! Gift / Registry Information!

Answer

We only ask that you join our family for this day as our gift. We understand that the travel and lodging expenses can build up, so we do not want any one adding to their plate by bringing a gift. It is more than enough to join us in Mexico as our family comes together. However, if you feel inclined to purchase a gift, there is a registry tab that will be open soon to shop through. Please send all gifts to our house, instead of Mexico, to save on travel space for the drive back! We have also added a cash fund for honeymoon if you would like to add a gift there.
