This song has always spoken to me (Taryn) because it relates to my journey in accepting myself and finally finding the woman meant for me. "There was a time when I would have believed them if they told me you could not come true, just love's illusion, but then you found me, and everything changed, and I believe in something again." These are the most powerful lyrics in the whole song for me because I used to believe this day was never going to happen. My mom and dad are pivotal in helping me realize that this kind of love is possible. Without their unconditional love and support, I don't believe I'd be where I am today. Now, I get to walk confidently in who God has made me to be and choose the one person I want to spend the rest of my life with.

When we first started dating, Taryn played this song for me, and it has been our song ever since. This song speaks to how it took us time and challenges to find each other, but once we met, our love sparked and will never leave our hearts. The fire may dim some days and grow on others, but it will always remain lit.
