Question
Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
Due to limited space at the venue we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will appear on your RSVP card in the invitation. Please be sure to list the name of the guest who will be joining you.

What is the attire?
Answer
This is a formal event and we would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! For women this includes formal midi or full length dresses, and for men, suits or business attire. Feel free to wear any color you like, but please no white. Please note, the ceremony will be held outside, so choose shoes and/or wraps accordingly.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outdoors, the cocktail hour and whiskey tasting will be held on the outdoor deck, and the dinner reception and group dancing will be inside.

When should I RSVP?
Answer
ASAP! Because this is a holiday weekend, we hope that you can plan early. The last date to RSVP is July 10, 2026.

Where should I stay?

First off, THANK YOU for traveling to celebrate with us! We are so grateful. We have provided everyone with hotels and other accommodations in Estes Park that you may book. This will be located under the travel tab with the links provided to each location to check availability and reserve your rooms.

When should I arrive?
Answer
It's Labor Day weekend! Please take advantage of the holiday and enjoy a gorgeous weekend in Colorado. The welcome BBQ on Saturday is open to everyone to stop in and hang out. More weekend plans will follow. The wedding will start at 4pm on Monday, September 7. To avoid being late or missing anything, we recommend arriving by 3:30pm. You can catch the round trip shuttle to our venue at 3pm at the YMCA of the Rockies or drive directly to the venue. It is approximately a 30 minute drive from Estes Park. There are handicapped and special accommodation parking located directly at the ceremony site. Please refer to the map enclosed in your invitation.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

We have hired an AMAZING photographer named David. He will be there to capture all the moments of our ceremony. We do kindly ask that phones be put away during the ceremony. Feel free to capture your own moments during the reception.

Are children allowed?
Answer
We love kids! If you received an invitation that includes your children, and are bringing a child ages 2 to 10, please kindly RSVP for a child's meal.
