Information
Wild Basin Lodge is a wedding venue located in Allenspark Colorado, not far from Estes Park. There is a large, free parking lot just across the road from the lodge.
Heavy snow is expected in Colorado in the wintery month of March. We recommend renting a 4x4 vehicle.
Guests will arrive at Wild Basin Lodge at 3 o'clock. You may arrive a tad early but please do not be late. We will leave the lodge altogether to walk to the ceremony site. If you arrive after the guests are being led to the ceremony site you will miss the ceremony.
The ceremony sight is a 5 minute walk from the lodge on a flat gravel pathway through beautiful scenery. So wear comfortable walking shoes. The short ceremony will be held outside so bring a nice warm coat!
The remainder of the evening will be held inside the cozy lodge. Dinner will be served (with GF options available), toasts will be made and cinnamon rolls will be cut. We will then proceed to dance the evening away with a send-off at around 9:45.
