Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You will be able to RSVP on our website after save the dates have been sent. Your invitation will state when you need to RSVP by, and we will send a friendly reminder up until the deadline. If no RSVP has been made by your deadline- please know we will offer your seat to someone else. If your invitation does not state you can bring a plus 1- we politely ask that you understand and do not bring a guest. Although we wish you could bring a plus 1, we are limited in guest size. If you do not feel comfortable coming without a guest- we understand.

HOW DO I GET TO THE VENUE?

Answer

Please program the address on your phone: 16302 N. Woodson Drive, Ramona, CA 92065 Please note that the venue will be on the left-hand side. The street turning into the venue is called Archie Moore Rd and is easy to miss. Please be on the lookout as you get closer to the destination.

WHERE SHOULD GUESTS PARK?

Answer

Parking is provided at the venue and is free. We recommend you take a taxi/uber from the hotel. If driving, please drink responsibly.

WHERE ARE THE CEREMONY AND THE RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?

Answer

Both will be taking place at Mt. Woodson Castle, 16302 N. Woodson Drive, Ramona, CA 92065 The ceremony will be held under the oak trees and the reception will be held outside on the lower lawn. Parking will be provided, and there will not be signs for our wedding leading to the venue.

WHAT IS THE TIMELINE FOR THE DAY?

The ceremony begins at 5:00 pm. The event ends promptly at 10:00 pm.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an hour to half an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby. Guests can head straight to the cocktail party on the front lawn where we will be serving apps and beverages. There is an open bar with beer, wine, and liquor.

WILL FOOD AND DRINKS BE SERVED AT THE RECEPTION? WHAT KIND OF FOOD?

The food will be served buffet style Appetizers: A grazing table of provolone & cheddar cheese, fresh grapes, strawberries, garlic & chive dip, pickles, marinated mushrooms, dried fruit, nuts, olives, salami, fresh baguettes and crackers Salad: Strawberry Salad Entrees: Grilled Tri-Tip with Creamed Horseradish Chicken Marsala with Sliced White Mushrooms and Fresh Herbs Side Dish: Garlic & Chive Whipped Potatoes Dessert: Three-Tiered Wedding Cake- Flavor TBD Drinks: Please note there will be an open bar with Pinnacle Vodka, Seagram’s Gin, Jim Beam Bourbon, Castillo Silver Rum by Bacardi, Old Smuggler Scotch, Well Made Tequila, Domestic Beers, Champagne Toast, House Wine & Assorted Sodas. Please drink responsibly!

WILL THERE BE ANY VEGAN/VEGETARIAN/GLUTEN FREE/SPECIAL DIET OPTIONS?

Answer

Yes. Please reach out to us if you would like a vegetarian meal. The option will be vegetarian lasagna.

WHAT TIME WILL THE BAR CLOSE?

Answer

Lower lawn area events must end by 10:00 pm, with music and bar ending 30 minutes prior to the end of the event at 9:30pm.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

Outside of immediate family, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE THIS TIME OF THE YEAR?

Answer

Typically it is in the 80s to 90s in July. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the weather at this time. Please pay attention to the weather in the San Diego area and dress accordingly.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANT MAKE IT?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

CAN I TAKE AND POST PICTURES OF THE WEDDING ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #ToHarvandToHold so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

IM COMING FROM OUT OF TOWN- HOW DO I GET AROUND?

Answer

Please check our travel page! We understand it's a financial strain to travel and hope to inform you of suggestions for you to save towards if planning to make the trip.

WHERE ARE YOU REGISTERED?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is enough! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, we’ve created an online registry found on our website.
