What will the weather be like?
Answer
July is typically one of the warmest and sunniest months in Bend, Oregon. The city experiences a high desert climate with warm, dry summers. The average high temperatures in July range in the mid 80s. In the evenings, temperatures tend to cool down, with average lows ranging in the 50s. You will want sunglasses for the day, and likely a jacket for the evening.

What is the venue like?
Answer
Skyliner Lodge is outdoors with lots of big trees and a creek running in the background. The ceremony and reception will be happening outdoors, with access to restrooms indoors. The ground is covered in bark so we suggest shoes without a skinny heel. You may need sunscreen and sunglasses during the day and a jacket as the sun goes down.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will be starting at 6pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and to get seated.

We would love to see you all dressed up for our big day! (Semi-Formal)

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We will be having a fully unplugged ceremony. Once the ceremony begins, we ask that everyone silences and puts away their phones. We would like for you all to be fully present and we want to provide the opportunity for our photographer to capture the best photos possible. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to capture as many photos as you would like, and share them with us! :)

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! we will provide beer, wine, and cider or seltzer. Drinks are on us, hangover is on you!

Will there be food?
Answer
Yes! We are having El Sancho, a local taco truck. There will be sides and many taco options, including a vegan and a vegetarian option.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
To allow all our guests the opportunity to let loose and enjoy themselves, we have elected to make our wedding a child-free event.
