Guests are asked to wear black to match our black-and-white theme. Please, we respectfully ask that no one wear a white dress; it is reserved for the bride. Attire is semi-formal and fun; make sure you have on your dancing shoes.
We get it, snacks are an important part of an event, we will have a cocktail hour, food and snacks for guests. No snacks or drinks are allowed in the garden area during the ceremony.
When you arrive, you can park near the large white dairy barn. The ceremony is in the garden beside the conservatory (greenhouse area). The reception will be in the barn.
Make sure you arrive in time to find a seat before the ceremony. Our wedding planner will be directing people to their seats and helping us stay on schedule, so if you're all sorted, it will help us stay on track.
No, we are sorry. We would love Dolly to be our flower girl, but the site is a historical site and doesn't allow pets.
The site is well labeled and has a few options. Museum/Visitor Center: Inside the main building. Reynolda Gardens: Near the greenhouse/east entrance. Reynolda Village: Building 114 (near The Barn). We also have restrooms at the reception.
Yes, it is. Feel free to visit the day before to check it out and see what it has to offer.
