Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking at the ceremony. There is parking at the reception.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Guests who stay at coal creek, showgrounds or park at the middle pub will be transported to the ceremony, reception at the middle pub and return back to accomodation at the end of the night with a courtesy bus at a cost of $23 per person.
