Our RSVP deadline has now passed, and we’ve had to provide our vendors with final numbers. If we haven’t received your RSVP, we’ve had to assume you’re unable to attend, but we’ll be sure to catch up with you after we become Mr. and Mrs.! If you had previously RSVP’d yes but your plans have changed, please let us know as soon as possible.
As much as we'd love to be able to say "the more the merrier", unfortunately due to limited venue capacity we can only accommodate those who are specifically indicated on the invitation. We love your little ones, however if only mum and dad are listed on the invite, we recommend using the evening as a fun date night to let your hair down!
Our venue is on a private property, so there’s plenty of free parking! Just follow the signs when you arrive. To make things easier for everyone at the end of the night, we kindly ask that you reverse park, as the parking area isn’t well-lit.
Please arrive at 2:30pm for a 3:00pm ceremony start. This ensures you have enough time to find a spot and settle in before the celebrations begin. There is limited seating for the ceremony. We kindly ask that guests leave chairs for immediate family, as they have been allocated specific seats (these family members have been contacted).
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. We kindly request that you leave the colours white and sage green for our bridal party!
Attending the wedding is a wonderful photographer named, Kylie! She is going to capture every moment of our ceremony for you, so all you have to do is be present in the moment! We ask that as we say "I do" you refrain from using your phones or cameras As we enter cocktail hour and get the party started at the reception, you are more than welcome to capture all special moments you wish! We will even have some QR codes for you to scan, so we get to see your happy snaps too! We kindly request that you refrain from posting us to social media until we have made our announcement.
Generally March out in Veresdale hovers around between 25 °C and 30 °C during the day. However, as the sun sets the temperature cools off slightly. At this stage we are keeping an eye on the weather, please feel comforted in knowing we have a wet weather plan in place just incase! The majority of our celebrations are taking place outdoors and under roof, we suggest bringing a jacket for later in the night.
All roads to our wedding are tarred for easy access. There are however, a few blind corners as you get closer, so we ask that you be careful! We actually suggest following Mt Lindsay highway right down to Worendo Street and turn there, rather than taking the Millstream Road route that Google maps would normally suggest. Uber and Taxi's are few and far between in this area. There are a few services you can consider pre-booking, which may offer more reliability including Bond's Voyage, KWI Rideshare and Scenic Frog Car Services. Please be aware you will need to contact these services directly to make a booking. Currently, no rideshare services have been booked, so if you require transportation, you will need to arrange it on your own.
Your presence on our special day is all that we ask for! However, if you wish to bring a gift, we would appreciate a contribution to our wishing well. This money will be used towards turning the house we are building into a home.
