Maid of Honor
We were the new girls at school in the third grade. We bonded over dogs and games back then and have been friends ever since. Our friendship has evolved over the years and have been friends through thick and thin.
Best Man
Kevin Devita...Devival...Deviva is a brother to me. For well over a decade, we've shared life's ups and downs either at one at a time or simultaneously. We supported each other with plenty of mischief and philosophically in-depth conversations about life. In fact, if it weren't for Kevin's unconventional methods and restless spirit, Tara and I wouldn't have met. Chock full of "my buddy Gene" stories for Tara on their road trip and Kevin's insistence for me to meet this person with a unique, infectious laugh and a similar dark and twisted sense of humor to my own, it was bound for us to get together.
Bridesmaid
I was so nervous going to college, then I met my roommate, Melissa Melo, or MelMel, as I like to call her. We have had many adventures through college. Many funny times like singing songs bright and early in the morning and having late night talks.
Groomsman
Danny is my first brother and first best friend. We may not always see eye to eye on matters but we're able to get through rough times together and stronger.
Bridesmaid
Laura and I met when we decided to climb the Sleeping Giant in college, from that day we have had many great times, like making a music video and dancing every chance we can get.
Groomsman
Abel was the first person outside of my family I considered my brother. We met in 6th grade have been friends ever since. Even when our families moved around Long Island, we stayed in contact and always picked up wherever we left off at from our previous conversation. It was from these experiences that I learned how to identify the traits of a great friend.
Bridesmaid
You can't say Jen without her last name it just doesn't sound right! I have been calling her Jen Collins since the day I met her. We had many great times from going to Phi Sig events to going on a hurrication to Tennessee. It's always a fun with Jen Collins with her great sense of humor.
Groomsman
Anthony and I worked in Sears together and quickly found that we had a similar quirky sense of humor and interest in philosophy, spirituality, and politics. Uncommon for males in their late teens but it was due to our beliefs, no matter how similar or different they may be, that drew us together and kept us together for these years as great friends.
Groomsman
Johnny is my second brother and second best friend. I enjoy the times we watch any wrestling show, whether on television or live. Having Johnny as a brother taught me how to communicate with people who may have different ways or difficult times communicating with others. For that, I am grateful for him being in my life.
