I began playing Dungeons and Dragons in 2016. There were many regulars including Clyde’s father. Richard, his father, always talked about his sons who were around my age including how smart they were and how he taught them everything they knew, Richard is very smart. I didn't think too much of it, they lived in California I never expected to meet them. On Memorial Day in 2017, while at a friend's house for barbeque and a game, in walks this a good-looking guy that was my age. Finally! In walks Richard right behind him. Oh no. Not him! I can't match this. It was Richard's oldest son. Well, we talked throughout the game. I kept falling for him. As the game ended, I needed to go home. It was really dark, and I debated leaving for 10 minutes in front of the exit. I marched back into the living room and asked for someone to walk me to my truck. Apparently, before he could say anything, he had a boot to the back. He came to help me. We talked for like 15 more minutes and then he asked me out, but I said I needed to ask my mom. We both forgot for almost a year this question was asked. Over the next few months, I met him again. And got his name this time... Clyde or Trey. I met him once more during a Christmas game. I was smitten. I finally decided to find him on Facebook. He had two accounts. I stalked him for a few days to figure out which one to add. I added the wrong one and heard nothing until Jan. 2018. We talked for one week and went on a date to Jumanji. This is now our first date anniversary movie. While dating, I knew in the first few months he was the one. He encouraged me in anything I wanted to do. Even if that included going to China for a year after being in Korea for four months all within our first year of dating. After I came back from China, in 2018, he gave me a promise he would become the one I would marry. Three years later, it is happening. We are very excited to share this moment with you all. ~Tara Lynn Crowe soon to be Mrs. Crowe-Grise
