We met in the summer of 2019, our first date was at Sara's for ice cream! Nate was just getting ready for a move to Cleveland for work and I was starting my career in Erie! We both knew this was something great and so we wanted to make it work. We would drive every Wednesday and every weekend to each other, even during Covid! Nate would get flowers for me every Friday! After a little over a year, we decided Cleveland sounded like home to both of us. We moved in together with our dogs, Naomi and Penny and started our life together!

A regular tuesday turned into the BEST DAY! Nate suggested we go for a walk in our local park. We went for a walk and Nate continued to stop and "people watch", so I thought. Really he was wanting this to be a special moment without random people walking by! We sat down on a bench and he popped the question, I of course said YES!, without hesitation! It was a beautiful day in one of our favorite places.
