Tarah and Victor met in a church planting course in 2018. Tarah had just returned from Jakarta, Indonesia and was on her way back (she thought), and Victor was considering moving to Peru as a full-time missionary. One night during worship, Victor looked up and saw Tarah passionately worshipping Jesus, kneeling down on the floor and crying. In that moment he felt the Holy Spirit point her out…and he never forgot it. Years later on Sunday June 23, 2024, they went on their first date to a gallery Victor had arranged to stay open late for just the two of them. Not ready to go home, they went to dinner at a swanky Thai restaurant (Tarah’s favorite), and their conversation at the bar changed everything forever. They quickly became inseparable and fell in love. Within a few weeks of dating they both knew where they were headed.
