Please arrive at the venue no earlier than 4:00 PM and no later than 4:20 so that there is plenty of time to find your seats! Ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM and late arrivals cannot be accommodated for the ceremony

Only those named on the invite should come! We have limited space, so please understand we cannot accommodate any +1’s that are not specifically listed on the invitation. If a non-invited guest shows up, unfortunately they will be turned away

Whatever you want! We want our guests to be comfortable so we have no set dress code. Just keep in mind that the ceremony will be outside in late afternoon so it might be a bit chilly!

Only the ones invited! Please do not bring any extra people (including kids) that were not listed on the invite

Of course! We will have a buffet style dinner at the reception Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions

Yes! We will have non alcoholic beverages and various wines & beers at no cost! Cocktails will be available for purchase

Please take as many pictures as you want during the reception and ceremony! But please be respectful and don’t spend the whole ceremony glued to your phone! Tag posted photos with #FinallyTheMeurers so we can see them!

Yes! There is plenty of parking and there is also covered parking that is available for the event. Please look at the gallery for picture references for parking and entrance to the space.

Yes! There is handicap parking available as well as not steps in the actual ceremony & reception area.

Do you have a gift registry?Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Nope! We don't plan on having a registry and are not asking for any gifts. Your presence is gift enough! If you feel the need to give something, we would prefer a donation to our honeymoon fund! There will be a card collection box on the entrance table of the venue
