We met the 1st day of kindergarten. We laughed our way through elementary school, always in the same class from K - 4th grade, when they finally got smart and separated us. We played, danced, cheered, tumbled, and made each other laugh in so many ways all the way thru freshman year of college at Northern Michigan University. Megan then moved to Raleigh, NC and me on to Ferris State University. Throughout the years, we've lived in Chicago, Raleigh, and Key West together for small stints of time, with both of us ending up where we are now, Chicago and Raleigh. Megan is the bestest, kindess, and funniest person I know and I couldn't be more honored to have her, my solo bridesmaid, stand by my side through this entire experience, just as she always has in life.

Best Man
I am KC. I have been friends with Tom since 2000 when we met at Ave Maria College in Ypsilanti, MI. Our attraction was mutual when we found that we were able to finish each other’s jokes and/or insults. In our time at college, we found time in between classes for general merriment, memorable trips and even took turns as President of Student Government. In 2009, Tom was the best man at my wedding and did well enough at his duties that we will be celebrating 10 years of marriage this August (my wife and I, not Tom). Tom is also the Godfather to my son Rylan and owes him at least 5 birthdays worth of presents. I'm very excited to be a part of this special day for Tom and Tara, and look forward to meeting Tara for the first time at the wedding!
Felicity Valle
Flower Girl
Felicity is the daughter of Tom's sister Jeanne and her husband Tom. She is 4 years old and lives in Kenosha, WI. She loves tangerines, being independent, and into everything! She loves to be a little chef in her play kitchen. She is such a sweet girl who is a great at cuddling. She loves being outdoors, swimming, playing, and running around with her brother. She's seems to have her mom's sporty genes as she asked to be in girl's t-ball this year. She's excited to be a flower girl with her cousin, Pauline.
Vincent Valle
Ring Bearer
Vincent (6) is the brother of Felicity, one of our flower girls, and is such a wonderful big brother to his little sister. He loves museums, playing soccer, t-ball, toy soldiers and dress-up in full camo for "hunting" and target shooting. He's a smart boy who enjoys being home-schooled and learning. We're excited to have him be a part of our wedding party!
Pauline Severance
Flower Girl
Pauline is 7 years old and Tom's niece, daughter of his sister Cathy and John Severance. They live in Lombard, IL. Pauline loves watermelon, swimming, slime, painting, decorating, setting-up for guests, coloring, running races, acting games, reading, making crafts, coffee, playing in the snow, and going in boats. Sounds like a dream! She is so sweet and has a bubbly personality with a surprising wit. She loves her family and friends and recently made her first Holy Communion. She will be a great co-flower girl with her little cousin Felicity.
Ryan Nummela
Honor Attendant
Ryan is Tara's older brother who lives back home in Negaunee, MI. He has 3 boys, Rylie (17), Braxton (14), and Kai (11). He runs his own very successful insurance/real estate agency and can be seen jet-setting all over the country for his insurance and own pleasure. He's engaged to Jolee Hughes and they are getting married on September 6th.
Steve Ambuul

Steve is Tom's older brother, sibling #11, who lives in Pasadena California and works as a VP in the financial software industry. He and his wife Emily have 6 amazing children all of whom you are certain to see on the dance floor.
