What should I bring for the potluck? Are you serving food?

Answer

Potluck: Please bring a dish and/or beverage to share! We will provide all utensils, a roast pig, extension cords for crockpots and have kegs of beer.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! Although, childcare will not be provided.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Roadside parking will be available. For those coming by RV and overnighting, you can park in the East Lawn. Please arrive NO LATER THAN 2:30 PM to avoid disrupting the ceremony. Thanks!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We recommend booking a hotel online or using Airbnb. As our wedding will take place during the first weekend of the State Fair (double the fun!), hotel space will be limited in Palmer. You may want to seek lodging in Eagle River or Wasilla as well.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

You are welcome to attend the State Fair the same weekend! Friday and Sunday are great days to attend!
