Their are shuttles for each hotel. The shuttles will be leaving the hotels at 3:30 pm to take the first group of guests and then will come back to take the next group. The shuttle back to the hotels will be at The Willows at 10 pm.
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! We are asking that guests wear Summer Formal attire. Ladies: Please wear a dress that falls to the knee and below. Gentlemen: Please wear a suit & tie. Think vibrant & chic summer colors!
The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 PM.
We wish we had unlimited funds for our special day. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is indicated on your invitation. We would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.
The Willows offers parking on-site in the lower parking lot. The Willows is allowing guests to leave their cars overnight if needed. Uber and Lyft are prevalent in the area if guests prefer not to drive to the venue. Transportation will be provided to the wedding and after the wedding if you are staying at The Hilton Garden or AC Hotel.
Both! Weather permitting, the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception will take place on the grounds at The Willows and inside The Mansion (which has A/C!)
We love little ones, but this is an adult only event. Use this time to enjoy yourself :)
