Question

What steps are being taken to protect against the spread of COVID-19?

Answer

To ensure the safety of our guests and vendors, we are taking the following steps in accordance with New York State Guidelines and in partnership with the Roundhouse. We have limited guest attendance to less than 50 guests, and guests will be seated with no more than 8 guests per table with shared households grouped together. All Roundhouse staff will be wearing a face mask for the entirety of the event, and the Roundhouse will frequently sanitize high contact surfaces in the public spaces of the event space, as well as back of house spaces. For additional details on the Roundhouse protocols in response to COVID-19, please see https://roundhousebeacon.com/covid-19-update/

Question

What is being asked of me to stop the spread of COVID-19?

Answer

The best way to keep all guests safe and enjoy the wedding day together is to get tested for COVID-19 and practice social distancing the week of the wedding. If that is not possible, we ask that all guests practice social distancing for two weeks leading up to and when traveling to the event. On the day of the wedding, guests must wear a face covering at all times except when seated at the ceremony and reception. Please maintain a 6' distance when moving about the property and event space. Please note dancing will not be permitted at this time.

Question

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

Please arrive to St. Augustine Church by 2:15 PM where there is ample parking. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30 PM

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear cocktail attire. (If you'd like more guidance, Zola's definition of cocktail attire is "cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and suits or dark jackets and slacks")

Question

What should I do in between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Check back closer to the date for recommendations on what to do in between the ceremony and reception. Please account for a forty-five minute drive from St. Augustine Church in Ossining to the reception at the Roundhouse in Beacon, NY.

Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by February 13th directly on our wedding website. If you have any issues RSVPing, feel free to email directly at tara.k.bonanno@gmail.com

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 constraints we cannot accommodate additional guests. Your invitation is extended to those individuals listed on the envelope.
