Where is parking at the WEDDING/CEREMONY?

Answer

On the NORTHWEST CORNER of Western and Lawrence is Firth Third Bank at 4800 N. Western Avenue. There is a parking lot available for guests to use at the southwest corner of Western and Gunnison, 1 block NORTH of Lawrence ON WESTERN AVENUE. PARKING LOT ON WEST SIDE OF WESTERN, NORTH OF LAWRENCE. Once parked in the parking lot, it is a short block and half SOUTH to the DANK HAUS. Enter where the American and German Flags are above the door.

What's the best way to get to the wedding if staying downtown?

Answer

If staying downtown, we recommend using a LYFT, UBER, or taxi.

Where should I park if I'm staying downtown?

Answer

While you certainly can pay for overnight parking downtown at the hotel, if you're looking for cheaper accommodations, we recommend using the SPOT HERO app to find affordable overnight parking downtown.

Do I need to take a COVID test within 24 hours before the wedding?

Answer

IF you are experiencing symptoms, we kindly ask that everyone take a COVID test within 24 hours of the wedding. We hope it goes without saying that if you test positive, please abstain from attending our wedding and reception.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Answer

We are not requiring anyone to wear a mask; however, it is up to you if you prefer to wear one.

Is it an open or cash bar?

Answer

We will have an Open Bar starting at 6pm after the ceremony.

Also note that the bar will be open during dinner...it will not close until the end of the night! Make sure to grab a drink before, during, or after dinner at the bar.

Yes after the ceremony on the 5th floor.
