The closest airport is John Wayne Airport (SNA) in Orange County / Santa Ana, which is the easiest and most convenient option. LAX may offer cheaper flights and more options, but it’s about an hour away and traffic can be unpredictable.
Dana Point has a great selection of hotels and Airbnb rentals. If you prefer a little more space or the convenience of a kitchen, an Airbnb can be a great option.
Dana Point and San Clemente have plenty to explore for guests visiting Orange County. You can walk around Dana Point Harbor, go whale watching, or spend time at nearby beaches like Salt Creek Beach. The San Clemente Pier and the shops and cafés along Del Mar Street are also great spots to visit. If you have extra time, Laguna Beach is a short drive away and known for its beautiful coastline and art galleries.
The dress code is formal attire. Think suits or tuxes for men and long dresses or formal cocktail dresses for women.
Please plan to arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony begins so everyone can be seated. While we love a little “Persian time,” the ceremony will begin promptly, and we’d hate for anyone to miss it!
