Ceremony is set to start at 3pm. Please arrive no sooner than 30-45 minutes before. Trust me when I saw we can't wait to see you all, buuuut we're still probably getting ready.
Semi-Formal attire. If you're feeling extra Formal attire is acceptable. Here are some links to help you decide what is too much or too little.... https://i.pinimg.com/564x/28/4b/e3/284be32d54f1f9d9f52a9441673c7402.jpg https://blog.petitedressing.com/what-to-wear-to-a-wedding/
... It's February... in Pennsylvania. Indoors.
Once we get closer to the date I will update this on the Website, and we will have a sign at the venue giving a rough estimate of timing for things.
You will need to drive to the venue, directions are provided in the SCHEDULE tab of the website. The parking lot is close to the Ceremony and Reception space and easy to walk.
While we don't mind children sharing in this special day I do recommend no-on under the age of 5 attend as there are a lot of places they could get into mischief as the venue is quite large.
From cocktail hour till about an hour before the completion of the reception there will be only a few selections of alcohol served. Beer, White Wine, Red Wine & Champagne. Along with those we will also have Soda, Water and Tea or Coffee. No mixed drinks, and no shots will be available.
Please text me and let me know ASAP so I can make sure the Caterers are aware and make any changes necesasry.
Since we have sent out quite a few invitations for friends and family in other states we are leaving it up to them to select where they would like to stay in the area. Nothing has been pre-booked or blocked.
You get ONE SHOT! During the first part of the ceremony the officiant will let you know when you are allowed to take photos. Otherwise we ask that you put all devices away (That means you grandma) and be present with us during the reaffirmation of our vows. ... Also we're paying the photographer and videographer to get a TON of photos and video so once we get those back you know i'm all about "sharing is caring".
Online RSVP is the quickest and easiest way for me to get a head count. But know that you can always text or call me or Nate and we will make sure to update the website ourselves.
We're requesting to have RSVP's back by Spooky time (October 2025) that way i have plenty of time to hunt down anyone who hasn't gotten back to me.
Nope! As this is our 15 Year Vow-Renewal we have forgone any registry, gifts and please do NOT bring cards for the Wedding Day, unless they are lovely heart felt notes from you. I will take those.
THERE IS!! It will be available as you walk in to the ceremony, and again when you get to the reception room. (i'm not missing out on all that evidence, i mean memories.) There will be both #Hashtags & QR codes that you can scan as well as filters for SNAPCHAT and Instagram.
Facebook, Text messaging, or the wedding website. Mostly it will be messages TO check the website.
Text me, call me, email me... i can't read smoke signals but I'd be happy to learn!
