When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that your RSVP no later than August 14, 2024 to ensure proper accommodations are made.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive for the ceremony by 4:15 PM.

Am I allowed to take my own images during the ceremony?

Answer

We appreciate your excitement, but we are asking that all phones, cameras and tablets be put away for an unplugged wedding. We will share all images once we receive, but we want to be able to see you and not your devices as we share this important moment with you all.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We truly love your kids, but we ask that you make it a fun date night for you!

What should I wear?

Answer

We ask that you come in cocktail attire, and do not wear any jeans, shorts, polos, or anything outside of cocktail attire. Ladies: long or short semi-formal, Sunday best dress, or an elegant romper Gentlemen: blazer, button up shirt, tie/bow tie, khakis, suit, dress shoes

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know any dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can inform our caterer to have a separate meal for you.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, you can find the hotel room block information under the "Travel" section. If you are unable to book accommodations through our room block, you can receive a 10% discount at the Candlewood Suites, or reserve the Hilton. All hotels are located nearby Ashley Park.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking at the venue. The venue utilizes golf carts to help get to and from your car for quick accessibility (and to save those feet, ladies)!
